1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Playlytics ("the App," "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Playlytics is operated by AnalysisWorks LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Playlytics is intended for use by coaches, parents, and other adults involved in youth baseball and softball programs. The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian registering on behalf of activities involving minor children, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so and that you consent to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment
4.1 Subscription Tiers
Playlytics offers the following subscription plans:
- Player Plan — $3.99/month or $34.99/year
- Coach Plan — $12.99/month or $99.99/year (30-day free trial)
- Organization Plan — $24.99/month or $199.99/year (30-day free trial)
- Enterprise Plan — $49.99/month or $399.99/year (30-day free trial)
Plan features and limitations are described at playlytics.app and are subject to change with notice.
4.2 Free Trials
Eligible plans include a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.
4.3 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@analysisworks-llc.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
4.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days advance notice. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- Use the Service to collect, store, or process data about individuals without appropriate authorization
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
- Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access or scrape the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service
- Use the Service to build a competing product or service
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer access to the Service to third parties without our written consent
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or circumvent any security measures

6. Data and Content
6.1 Your Data
You retain ownership of all data, content, and information you upload, enter, or submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By submitting Your Data, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
6.2 Data Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data. We are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in data you enter into the Service.
6.3 Minor Athlete Data
If you enter data relating to minor athletes, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from parents or legal guardians to collect, store, and process such data in connection with the Service.
6.4 Data Retention
We retain Your Data for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, we will retain Your Data for 90 days before deletion, during which time you may request an export. After 90 days, Your Data will be permanently deleted.

7. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content including but not limited to coaching suggestions, scouting reports, training recommendations, and analytics insights ("AI Content").
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI Content is generated automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
- AI Content is provided for informational and educational purposes only
- AI Content does not constitute professional coaching, medical, sports medicine, or other professional advice
- You should not rely solely on AI Content when making decisions affecting athlete health, safety, or development
- We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI Content
- We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI Content
Scouting reports generated by the Service may reference publicly available information about opposing teams and players. Such information is provided for general informational purposes and may not be accurate, current, or complete.

8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including:
- Firebase (Google LLC) — data storage and authentication
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing
- Anthropic, PBC — AI content generation
Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
The Service may allow you to import data from GameChanger or other third-party platforms. You represent that you have the right to import and use such data and that doing so does not violate any third-party terms of service.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and content created by us, is owned by AnalysisWorks LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. "Playlytics" is a trademark of AnalysisWorks LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
9.2 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us an unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
- DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED
- THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
- THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANALYSISWORKS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM AI-GENERATED CONTENT
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA
- ANY MATTER BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DAMAGES. THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

14. Modifications to the Service and Terms

15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 9, 10, 11, 12, and 15.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
