When you use the Service, we automatically collect:

4. AI Processing of Your Data
The Service uses artificial intelligence provided by Anthropic, PBC to generate coaching suggestions, scouting reports, and training recommendations. When you use AI-powered features, relevant data from your account (such as player statistics, game logs, and coach notes) is transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing.
We transmit only the minimum data necessary to generate the requested output. We do not use your data to train Anthropic's underlying AI models. Please review Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy for information on how Anthropic handles data.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
The Service is designed for use by adult coaches and parents who may enter data about youth athletes (including children under 13) as part of managing their sports programs. When you enter data about minor athletes:
- You represent that you are an adult with appropriate authority to enter such data
- You represent that you have obtained any necessary parental consents required by applicable law
- You are responsible for ensuring that data about minors is entered and used appropriately
If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, please contact us at support@analysisworks-llc.com and we will promptly delete such information.
For California users: If you are a California resident under the age of 18 and have registered for the Service, you may request removal of content you have publicly posted by contacting support@analysisworks-llc.com.

6.4 Safety
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of any person or to prevent fraud or abuse of the Service.
6.5 Business Transfers
If AnalysisWorks LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice within the Service before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
