Organization Management
Overview
Coaches managing multiple teams can view and administer all of them from a single Organization dashboard. Assign head coaches, track team status, and manage user access across every team in your organization — without switching between accounts.
Organization Management is available to Head Coaches and Org Admins on Organization and Enterprise subscription plans.
Accessing Organization Management
Navigate to Settings → Manage Organization. This option appears when your account is on an Organization or Enterprise plan and you are the Head Coach or Org Admin for the organization.
The Organization Dashboard
The dashboard lists all active teams in your organization. Each team card shows:
- Team name and season year
- Head Coach — the assigned head coach for that team, or No head coach assigned if none has been set
- Invite HC / Assign HC — send a head coach invite for that team
- Manage Users — open the full user management screen for that team
Assigning a Head Coach to a Team
Each team should have a Head Coach responsible for managing that team's roster, games, and analytics.
- On the Organization dashboard find the team card
- Tap Assign HC (or Invite HC if a coach is already assigned)
- Enter the coach's email address and optional full name
- Tap Create invite — a 7-day invite link is generated
- Copy and share the link with the coach
- When the coach accepts the invite they are added to that team as Head Coach
Multiple head coaches per team
A team can have more than one Head Coach. Sending an additional invite does not replace the existing head coach — both users retain full head coach access on that team.
Head Coach permissions
A Head Coach on any team can:
- Manage that team's roster and players
- Invite and manage other team users (including assigning new head coaches)
- Log games and score plays
- View all team analytics and report cards
- Edit team settings
Managing Users on a Team
Tap Manage Users on any team card to open the full user management screen for that team. From there you can:
- View all current members and their roles
- Change a user's role — including assigning Head Coach to an existing member
- Remove a user from the team
- Send new invites for any role
Tap Organization in the back button to return to the Organization dashboard.
Adding a New Team
Tap Add Team from the Organization dashboard to create a new team under your organization. New teams are added to your organization automatically and appear on the dashboard immediately.
